Dr John Allan-Shaw (Future Scientist) - Bio

Dr John is a scientist from the year 2175, and many would describe him as crazy as his passion is sci-fi in particular time travel. This love came from watching a variety of TV shows (including Doctor Who) and reading the great sci-fi writers like HG Wells and Jules Verne.

At a young age he experimented in all aspects of science, in particular time. He was obsessed, wanting to experience time travel like his favourite book The Time Machine.

At the age of 22 he successfully travelled one week into the future. This caused mayhem in the world’s media. He became an overnight celebrity in the known universe, travelling all over the world. Money came his way and allowed him to continue his time experiments.

At the age of 30, he made what many would claim as outrageous. He would go back in time. Many laughed; many warned him and ignored him. He was arrested and thrown into a metal asylum. His imprisonment caused a group of supporters to persuade the government that he was sane.

Upon getting out, he continued his claims. Now many people ignored him but his local supporters stuck by him. At the age of 35, they came together to wave him off. One afternoon, in front of a handful of people, he turned on his device and then disappeared. Many were amazed that he wasn’t crazy and he did indeed go into the past. Years later many artefacts were discovered dating from 1890s that an unknown man was changing lives. He would never return to the 22nd century again.
